The hypnotic contract

You must want to change. I am there to guide you, but you do the changing. You deserve wonderful opportunities in your life and hypnotherapy can help create them as long as you are ready to make the change.

You have to feel comfortable with the person who is guiding your change. It’s a partnership. I am there to give you the suggestions that I feel will most work for you while you relax and go into a receptive state. You don’t have to consciously listen to my words, just be open and go with the flow.

You have to be completely open with me. In my hypnosis sessions you are in a calm, protected environment. Everything you tell me is completely confidential and nothing can hurt you. Remember, you made the appointment because you know it’s time to change. You don’t need to know how. Just be ready.

Initial discovery call

Before you book a session with me, I like to arrange a 30 minute discovery call to learn what’s going on with you and tell you how I can help so that you feel comfortable with me. If at the end of the chat you feel it’s not for you, there is no obligation to take it further. Likewise, if I feel you are not ready, I will let you know. This way we both go into our sessions knowing that time spent will be very beneficial for you.

How long will it take?

To get a firm grasp of a problem and get a clear vision for your future, I like to take time so that you feel heard and you get the best possible results in the fewest sessions possible. Therefore our first session usually lasts around 90 minutes with subsequent sessions of one hour. Although everyone is different, most issues are typically resolved in two to four sessions. Some even quicker.

Where am I based?

I am in Burntisland in Fife, Scotland, but sessions are equally accessible and effective online.

I also work closely with Dr Liu, Chinese Medicine, in Kirkcaldy to offer the healing approach of a combination of mind and body treatments using my methods and Dr Liu’s acupuncture and Chinese herbs. Dr Liu is notable for treating cancer symptoms and other chronic illnesses.

Coaching in the workplace

Group work or 1-2-1 coaching for employees is highly beneficial to help people get the most out of their work and home lives.

Productivity increases with a happy workforce, and I can develop bespoke programmes to help build team rapport, alleviate stress and improve mental and physical performance.

Leaders, managers and business owners can build upon their toolkit of management skills.

“You will finally live a little, finally laugh a little.

You'll have the freedom to dream and it will wake you up and cure your aching, take your walls and start them breaking.

Forget the cage, 'cause you know how to make the key.”
