Each time you have negative thoughts, speak to yourself in a negative way or focus on what you don’t want to happen, your unconscious mind is concentrating on the thing you don’t want.

What is Mind Detox?

Mind Detox helps you get to the root cause of a problem so that we can clear it quickly and easily. It can release negative emotions often linked to past events which sometimes we are not even aware that we are holding onto. With Mind Detox, people often have a "lightbulb moment" when the root cause of a behaviour suddenly becomes clear.

Benefits of detoxing the mind

Often when you release negative emotion, it starts the domino effect and a whole stack of problems are lifted at once.

Emotional problems can sometimes show up as physical symptoms and people often find when they detox their mind, they also let go of their physical ailments.

Mind Detox is particularly beneficial for weight loss. It is just as important to detox the mind as it is to detox the body.
