Hypnosis is a powerful therapy that can bring long lasting change into your life. Trained and licensed by world renowned hypnotist Paul McKenna, I can help you lose weight. Stop smoking. Get rid of fears and phobias. Put stress and anxiety behind you. Increase your self esteem and confidence. Take a good look at yourself and your life.

How does hypnotherapy work?

  1. You must want to change

    I am there to help you and guide you, but you do the changing. You deserve wonderful opportunities in your life and hypnotherapy can help create them, as long as you are ready to make the change.


  2. You have to feel comfortable with the person who is helping you make that change

    Hypnotherapy is a partnership. I am there to give you the suggestions I feel will most work for you while you relax and go into a receptive state. You don’t have to consciously listen to my words, just be open and go with the flow.

    Before you book a session with me, I like to have a chat about what’s going on with you and tell you how I can help so that you feel comfortable with me. If at the end of the chat you feel it’s not for you, there is no obligation to take it further. Likewise, if I feel you are not ready, I will let you know. This way we both go into our sessions knowing that the time spent will be very beneficial to you.


  3. You have to be completely open with me

    In my hypnosis session you are in a calm, protected environment. Everything you tell me is completely confidential, and nothing can hurt you. The more you open up to me, the more I can help you. Remember, you have made the appointment because you know it’s time to change. You don’t need to know how. Just be ready.

How long will it take?

Many hypnotherapists offer sessions of up to one hour. To shed light on a problem and get a clear vision for your future, I like to take time so that you get the best possible results in the fewest sessions possible. Therefore our first meeting generally lasts around 90 minutes, with subsequent sessions of one hour. Although everyone is different, most issues are resolved in 2 to 3 sessions.
