I lost weight in 2006 on the Paul McKenna system that I am now teaching to others. You can read my "Paul McKenna Weight Loss Blog" for more information. As a past dieter, I know all about the vicious cycles of losing weight and regaining it, eating for emotional comfort and giving in to cravings.

Paul McKenna advocates weight loss the easy way. Forget fad diets, strict exercise regimes and cardboard tasting low calorie food. When someone approaches him with the latest "miracle weight loss product" he always tells them to come back in six months time. Because all diets will work in the short term. But few make it past the three month mark and statistics show that the majority of people will regain the weight plus more.

Yes, as long as you follow all four rules.

You may find for the first couple of days that you are like a kid in a sweetie shop, especially if you have been denying yourself certain foods or thinking that some foods are "bad". But as soon as the mind realises that no food is off limit, your system automatically settles into a pattern of healthy eating and you may surprise yourself with the unconscious changes to your eating habits. Many people find their taste buds change and they enjoy totally different foods to before. Some people find that their old favourite foods now taste too sweet, too salty, too spicy etc.

The weight loss happens easily and effortlessly.
